You can easily delete your account/profile and all of your associated data by opening Sleepyhead, navigating to your “Account” screen, then tapping on “Delete Profile & Data”. Fill the form. Once you submit the form, your data will be deleted from our servers.

Alternatively, you can email us directly at help@heysleepyhead.com. Let us know you want us to delete your account and data, and we will do so.
